They say there are no guarantees in life, but at Merrill Gardens, we are out to change that! Each community offers a satisfaction guarantee: If any resident who moves into a Merrill Gardens community is not completely satisfied with their new home - we will refund their money for the first 60 days of occupancy!

By offering the guarantee, residents know that we stand by our commitment."

How the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Works

  • The Merrill Gardens Guarantee applies to the first 60 days of your base rent only. Assisted Living services are not included.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied living at Merrill Gardens and you choose to move within your first 60 days of residency, just notify your General Manager in writing.
  • A request for a refund will be issued at the time a notice is received. If the apartment is not vacated after the initial 60 days, all extra days will be charged.
  • The Merrill Gardens Guarantee only applies to Retirement and Assisted Living communities. Guarantee not applied to Alzheimer's services.
