If your friend decides to move to Merrill Gardens, you’ll not only get a great neighbor, we will thank you by offering a bonus towards your rent*. It just goes to show you that it pays to have good friends nearby.
A rental bonus is received after a referral has lived in the community for sixty days. Assisted living services are not included. State law prohibits us from providing monetary referrals in Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Instead, we will host a housewarming party for the new resident’s family and friends.
