Income Qualified Program

The Income Qualified Program is supported by the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission (WSHFC). With this program, Merrill Gardens can discount some apartments for qualified seniors, and those who qualify are given a discounted rent. It’s that simple!

Do I Qualify?
There is a separate income qualification amount for singles and for couples. If your income is under this amount, you could qualify for a reduced apartment rate.*
