Active Retirement Living at Merrill Gardens at Cordata is designed to improve the overall health and well being of residents by engaging them in a variety of activities that improve both physical and mental health. The program is designed to allow residents to live life to its fullest!

A Message From Dr. Chris

Welcome to Active Living! We are excited to bring you this program designed specifically for Merrill Gardens at Cordata residents. We want to help you learn how to age in healthy ways and have fun doing it. As a physician, I know that the single most important prescription I can write for my patients is for increasing physical activity. No matter your age or limitations, increasing your level of activity will improve your quality of life dramatically. I encourage you to give it a try, and I know that you will enjoy the chance to learn new skills and make new friends along the way.
