Merrill Gardens at Kirkland in Kirkland has always offered great customer service but is now going to be offering a higher level of assistance for residents with an on-staff "Concierge". Just like quality hotels and resorts have a concierge for guests, Merrill Gardens at Kirkland will be providing top quality customer service to its residents.

The concierge will offer a variety of services for residents that will include: providing information about local restaurants and entertainment venues, making reservations and coordinating ticket purchases if requested, arranging outside services such as dry cleaning, and providing transportation Mondays through Fridays to Doctor appointments, special events, errands, and shopping trips.

The concierge will also help residents with inside services such as picture hanging, pet sitting, valet parking etc. Since Merrill Gardens at Kirkland is a high-end senior community dedicated to customer satisfaction, providing a concierge shows their commitment to that higher level of personal service.
