The Kindness Initiative

In 2023, we launched a new Kindess initiative to help connect the value of kindess in our everyday interactions to our company's core values. With the guidance of Linda Cohen, international speaker, consultant, and expert on kindess, we were able to confirm that kindness practices build a stronger company. 

Through a series of kindess training videos, we were able to share the importance of kindness in the workplace with all of our team members. The videos offered insight into why kindess is important to each of us personally and professionally and the difference it can make in our work every day.

In 2024, the focus on kindness continues, highlighting a different characteristic of Kindness in Action each month: 

Empathy, Grace, Patience, Integrity, Resilience, Understanding, Compassion, Open-Mindedness, Forgiveness, Consideration, Composure
