It's time to release three more incredible videos in our "30 Videos For 30 Years" series. Getting to know these residents was so much fun! 

This year, the Merrill Family of Senior Living Communities launched a "Kindness Initiative". We partnered with kindness expert, Linda Cohen, to try and encourage our team members and residents to complete random acts of kindness - as well as practice kindness in their everyday life!

For this reason - we thought it was even more special that we interview Ron, who began handing out "BE KIND" buttons years ago. He has handed out thousands of buttons, receiving really positive feedback from many of the people he's given buttons to. Hear Ron's story by clicking here.

Iris climbed Mount Kilimanjaro at 80 years old. Yes — you read that right, no — that is not a typo. 80 years old! She described the experience as "an adventure, exciting, and a challenge". Hear more about Iris' climb by watching this video.
