There are no residents and no additional team members with a confirmed case of the virus at the community at this time.
May 1 Update:
To All Residents, Family Members and Team Members at The Pines,
We want to let you know that a team member at the community has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual last worked in the community thirteen days ago on Saturday April 18. The team member is currently recovering away from the community and will not return to work until they are symptom free and the full quarantine period has passed. We are also in touch with anyone who might have come into contact with this individual.
It is important to note that no other residents or team members are reporting symptoms at this time and no one else at the community has tested positive for the virus.
As you know, we have been operating under our Enhanced Resident Protection Protocol since March 18, including increased cleaning and sanitation, and that will continue. As a reminder, here is what that entails:

The dining room remains closed, and residents are receiving all meals via delivery to apartments.
Residents Remain in Apartments:
During this time, residents will need to remain in their apartments.
We will also continue daily temperature checks and it is important that resident or team member alert us immediately if they are feeling ill.
