"As someone of mixed race raising a child with a different lived experience, I’ve had the unique experience of navigating different cultural identities and the complexities that come with them. These experiences have deepened my understanding of inclusion, empathy, and the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels respected and valued.
I am proud to be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, which has further shaped my perspective on belonging, equity, and the need for workplaces where authenticity is embraced. My personal journey fuels my passion for fostering an environment where all voices are heard, and where our differences are recognized as strengths.
I look forward to building on the important work already being done by the committee, supporting initiatives that strengthen equity, expand opportunity, and promote respect across our organization. This is not only a chance for me to contribute meaningfully to our company culture, but also an opportunity to continue growing and learning alongside all of you.
