I've been married to my wife, Ellie, for 25 years, and together we have four children, ages 13, 16, 16, and 20. I was born and raised in Oklahoma, and after living in Florida for 10 years, Ellie and I have enjoyed calling California home. I hold a bachelor's degree in religious studies, a master's in theology, and a master's in human healthcare administration. My career in healthcare began in 2000 when I joined a new hospice as their Chaplain, Bereavement Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator. Over the years, I've worked in various roles, including hospital Chaplain, Palliative Care Director, Home Health Administrator, and Senior Living Executive Director. In my free time, I love cooking, staying active with sports, and traveling with my family.
