"I fell into the assisted living world in 2004 while looking for a place for my father. Like most families, I had a lot to learn and I was tasked to find the right place while respecting my father's wishes. Now I enjoy helping others by sharing my experience.

I am passionate about the community environment and am active in all aspects of caring for seniors. I teach my team to take care of the residents by providing exceptional, resident-centered care.
