Hurricane Milton Update: Thursday, October 10, 3:30 PM EST
We are pleased to let you know that all evacuated residents are returning back to their community in Port Charlotte today. Our community did lose power in the storm and our generator is on. Our kitchen is fully functional and we are ready for residents to return home. We did have some minor damage to the exterior of the building and we will be making the needed repairs as soon as possible.
We are so grateful to our host community and for the hard work of our team members as we weathered this storm together.

Hurricane Milton Update: Monday, October 7
Charlotte County is mandating we evacuate our community in preparation for Hurricane Milton. We no longer have the option to stay, and our plan is to begin the evacuation at 7:00 am tomorrow, Tuesday, October 8. We will be moving residents and team members to our sister community, Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace (located in Kissimmee). This will allow us to continue providing services and care for residents.
If you do not want to evacuate, now is the time to leave the community to shelter with family or friends. We ask that you leave the community by 7:00 pm tonight.
