A Message From Our
General Manager
Lisa discovered her passion for seniors at the age of 16 while working as a waitress in a senior living community. She knew right away that she wanted to make it her career. Shortly after graduating from Saint Joseph’s University, she began working in a skilled care setting and became a licensed nursing home administrator. She switched to personal care twenty years ago and has been working at Truewood by Merrill, Glen Riddle since 1996. She credits her passion for working with seniors to the wonderful relationship she had with her grandparents while growing up, and she is proud of the fact that she knows each and every one of the residents on a personal level. In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing with her dogs, cooking for her husband and sons, bike riding and kayaking.
