At Truewood by Merrill, Vancouver
"After my husband passed away, I continued living in the condo where I’d been for 33 years. My family felt I needed more social interaction, as I mostly just went to the grocery store. So, they took me all around Vancouver, visiting almost every place. When we walked into Truewood, I immediately felt a welcoming vibe and thought, this is it. I’m very happy with that choice. When I moved in, I made it a point to meet everyone, and now I feel I know almost everyone here. The people and team members are all wonderful. I was especially impressed when, on my first morning at breakfast, a server already knew my name. They truly make an effort to know all of us and our quirks. I’m very pleased with my apartment. The community is beautiful, I enjoy the common spaces on the main floor, and the food is terrific. It’s a happy place, and my family is glad I’m here."
