As a part of our personal care senior living program, residents can spend their time doing what they love while we cover the rest. We take care of meals, housekeeping, and other day-to-day tasks, while residents can enjoy the freedom to socialize, stay active, and pursue their favorite hobbies.
At Merrill Gardens at West Chester, we offer a wide variety of fun and engaging activities, ranging from book clubs to fitness classes. Residents can enjoy as much independence as they are able while making new friends, gaining new experiences, and joining peers on our regularly-scheduled outings, such as trips to the city or nearby museum. The extra care and support gives personal care residents the time and energy to do what they love.
Some of the personal care senior living features that we offer include: showering and bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene, medication assistance, coordinating care with doctors, help with mobility, personal escorts, and more. And, of course, we’ll take care of the dining with yummy chef-prepared meals, too. Oh, and the weekly housekeeping, apartment maintenance, and other day-to-day tasks as well. That way you can enjoy the freedom to socialize, stay active, pursue your favorite hobbies, and enjoy all that life has to offer. Our activities include: book clubs, fitness classes, parties, and trips to the movies or their favorite stores. You can enjoy yourself and make new friends while the extra care and support gives you the time and energy to do what you truly love.
We understand that each resident has different preferences or needs. Whether a resident only needs a little extra help with day-to-day tasks, or requires the assistance of an experienced caregiver, we customize our care plans and services to meet the unique needs of each and every one of our residents.
